Anticipation weighs big time on the little boat

It is a wild and crazy evening in Montreal in contrast to the silent, still, yet complex surroundings that harbour the good boat Kinneret as she rests peacefully in Hudson YC in anticipation of her first big voyage. Will she be fit to cast off and face the trials awaiting her in just three short days? Is this good boat beginning to feel the trust required to carry her hearty crew to the east. Kinneret is soon to learn that she will sail the mighty St. Lawrence in good hands. Scarred hands..., but good hands... well, two good hands, one scarred hand and and one hand that should be good, although scarred, fairly soon.
